No. You have the choice in selecting a collision centre. The choice IS yours and it is your right to tell your insurance company where you wish to have your work completed.

How long with my repair take?
There are many factors that can impact when your vehicle will be repaired, including the extent of the damage, what type of vehicle is being repaired, insurance claim processing (if applicable), receipt of required parts and more. At Capital Collision Centre, we make every reasonable effort to get you back on the road as soon as possible and to keep you informed about how long your repairs will take to complete.

What should I do if i'm in an accident?
Check for injuries - Check yourself, passengers and occupants of other vehicles.
Do not remove the injured, unless they are in immediate danger.
Get help - Call 911 or emergency dispatch in your area, or ask someone for assistance if you are unable to do so.
Document the information - Make sure to write down the licence, registration, insurance policy numbers and insurance company of the other driver.

Can I get a loaner vehicle while mine is being repaired?
We can assist in coordinating a loaner vehicle while yours is being repaired. If you require a replacement vehicle, please let us know. Provision of no-charge loaner vehicles will be dependent on coverage and availability.
Do I have to pay a deductible?
Whether you have to pay a deductible or not, and the amount of the deductible to be paid is determined by your insurance policy and the details of the accident or incident in question. You should speak to your insurance company for details on your deductible.
How do I find my Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)?
The easiest way to find your VIN is to stand outside your vehicle on the driver’s side and look to where the windshield meets the dashboard and top edge of the hood. There should be a plate on the dash and under the windshield that shows your VIN. If you cannot find the VIN here, you can also find the vehicle identification number by opening the driver’s side door and looking on the door where the door latch hooks to close. If those two methods don’t work out for you, we’d be happy to help you!
How do I know my paint colour will be matched correctly?
At Capital Collision Centre, we use paint products made by Glasurit; a leading brand in the passenger car and commercial vehicle refinishing sector. Glasurit’s processes and products have been found to meet or exceed the rigid requirements for repair paints held by luxury brands like BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Audi. Learn more about Glasurit here.
Can I wash my car after I pick it up?
In the first 30 days after your vehicle is returned to its pre-accident condition, we suggest that washing your vehicle by hand with cool water, a mild cleaner and a soft cloth or sponge. Commercial car washes or dry wiping your vehicle within the first 30 days can damage new paint. To minimize the need to wash your vehicle in the first 30 days after repair, avoid parking under trees and utility lines, spilling any fluids on the exterior of your vehicle, and scraping ice/snow from newly-painted surfaces.
